Gene Duvic was born in New Orleans and his jobs took him and his family all over the country. After retiring, he and his wife moved to Texas to be near their kids and grandkids.
Gene spent most of his career in retail jewelry and giftware. An early career in photography gave him an eye for composition. He has dabbled in acrylic painting, stained glass, jewelry making and now finally leather crafting.
He is largely self taught while collecting any bits of knowledge he can along the way from books, classes, friends, etc . And , of course, YouTube.
