FOR PROSPECTIVE ARTISTS:

Use the QR code below for a prospective member.  Have the prospective artist scan the code on their phone.  This can be done with a QR Code Reader app or with an iPhone camera (the "Scan QR Codes" button must be turned on in the Camera setting).  Reading the code will bring up a "short form" requesting basic information.  When submitted, the artist will receive the full application for membership.
